'Sideron and Cupido' will become a Dutch animated feature, following the lives of the two royal servants Guan Sideron and Willem Cupido. Two boys who were, in a time of slavery, gifted as presents to the Prince of the Netherlands Willem V in 1763 and 1766. Both lived and died in serves of the Stadsholder and princess Wilhelmina of Prussia. Both having helped raise the first King of the Netherland, Willem I. And although given a high education and paid a high salary all their lives, were they truly considered free men?
